Umrah roadmap

Once you book, a personal manager takes over — they stay with you at every stage and make sure each rite is performed correctly.

  1. 01
    Before Umrah

    Intention and documents

We take your request, check that your passport is valid for at least six months from departure and start the visa process. From you: passport, photo and vaccination certificate. Your manager handles the rest.

  2. 02
    Before Umrah

    Spiritual preparation

Two weeks before departure the group meets the ustaz: we go through the order of Umrah, the conditions of ihram and its prohibitions, and answer questions. For first-time pilgrims we treat this session as mandatory.

    What to pack

You receive a packing list adjusted for the season: light clothing, comfortable backless footwear for ihram, personal medication and a small shoulder bag for the mosque. The pilgrim kit is handed over before departure.

    During Umrah

    Arrival and ihram

We meet you at the airport, take you to the hotel and help you enter the state of ihram at the proper miqat. The group performs the first tawaf together with the ustaz: nobody goes to the mosque alone the first time.

    During Umrah

    The rites with your guide

Tawaf, sa’i between Safa and Marwa, the cutting of hair: a guide-ustaz accompanies each rite and makes sure the order is kept. They will also point out the quieter hours for repeat tawafs.

  6. 06
    During Umrah

    Ziyarat to the historic sites

In Madinah: the Quba Mosque, Uhud, the Mosque of the Two Qiblas. In Makkah: a tour of the places connected with the beginning of the prophetic mission. Bus and chaperone are included.

    After Umrah

    Coming home and support

After you return your manager stays in touch: helping with paperwork if your employer needs it, and inviting you to group reunions. Many come back to us for Hajj, and those who travelled on Umrah keep priority in the queue.
